By accessing or using Right Events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Right Events provides an online platform for event organizers to create, manage, and sell tickets for events, and for attendees to discover and purchase tickets for events.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Event Organizers

As an event organizer, you agree to:

Provide accurate event information
Honor all tickets sold through our platform
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Respond to attendee inquiries in a timely manner
Process refunds in accordance with your stated policy

5. Ticket Purchases

All sales are final unless the organizer's refund policy states otherwise
Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed by the organizer
We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud

6. Fees and Payments

Organizers agree to pay our service fee (3% of ticket sales)
Payment processor fees are additional
Payouts are processed according to our payout schedule
We reserve the right to hold funds in case of disputes

7. Prohibited Content

You may not create events or content that:

Is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains hate speech or discriminatory content
Is misleading or deceptive
Violates the privacy of others

8. Intellectual Property

All content and functionality on Right Events is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Right Events is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our platform.
